At St Mary’s Catholic Primary School Concord, we ensure parents are regularly updated on school events, procedures and student learning. Our main source of communication is through the Compass app where parents receive regular notifications on student attendance, student reports and school information such as newsletters and notes. Our school Facebook page is another useful way to connect parents with the day to day learning of our students. Through the Facebook page parents can view photos of school events, excursions and learning in the classroom as it is occurring. Parents and visitors are also very welcome to visit our school office staff if they require assistance, more information or wish to book an appointment with the class teacher.
As a school community, we gather every Monday and Friday morning to pray, celebrate students receiving merit achievement awards and acknowledgement of student birthdays. Each class also presents a Class Assembly fortnightly to the school community showcasing their learning.
